The Israel Scouts Department of International Relations, based in Tel Aviv, promotes international opportunities both in Israel and abroad, with the aim of strengthening links between Israeli Scouts and other members of The World Organization of the Scout Movement and The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
